Permanently delete your account

You can delete your cliprio account at any time without giving a reason. You do not need to sign in to https://web.cliprio.app. Enter your account email address below and verify ownership using the one-time code sent to that address.

Deletion cannot be undone. Save any content you still need before continuing.

What is deleted

Account deletion removes in particular:

• your Supabase authentication account and active sessions;
• email association, profile, and display name;
• records of accepted Terms and acknowledged privacy information in your account profile;
• registered devices, private device codes, receive-code sessions, and known-device relationships;
• device settings, push-delivery tokens, and notification settings;
• notifications and technical relationships belonging to your account;
• logical content copies owned by your account or devices; and
• other account-bound operation, rate-limit, and replay data.

Copies already delivered to recipients

When you transfer content to another account, an independent copy is created there. That copy is controlled by the recipient and is not recalled when your account is deleted. Your sender identifier is removed or neutralized where possible so the recipient’s copy can continue to work without your account.

Contact the recipient if you also want their copy to be deleted.

File cleanup and backups

The physical file in private Supabase Storage is removed after no logical copy still refers to it. This uses a retryable technical cleanup process and can run again after a temporary failure.

Deleted data may remain in an infrastructure provider’s rolling backups until scheduled overwrite. It is unavailable for ordinary operations and remains subject to the applicable deletion rules if a backup is restored.

Separately retained correspondence

Support, privacy, or legal correspondence sent by email outside your cliprio account is not part of the account. It is ordinarily deleted three years after the matter closes unless a statutory retention duty or legal claim requires longer retention.

Email verification

The public deletion page does not reveal whether an account exists for an email address. It always displays the same response after an address is submitted. A code is sent only if the account exists. The code and session created after verification are used only for deletion. The session remains in this page’s memory; reloading requires new verification.
